Alex is an illustrator born and raised in Southern California; pop culture and art run through his veins. He has a particular love for visual storytelling, plus an ardent pursuit to discern how that can be distilled into a single image.
For years now, Alex has had the pleasure of working as a sketch artist for the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, CA, as well as freelancing for different companies, taking on commissions, and tabling at various conventions in Southern California.
As a licensed artist for companies such as Topps and Upperdeck, Alex has enjoyed working on base card or sketch card work for Star Wars, Marvel, AMC’s Walking Dead, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Creating hand-drawn one-of-a-kind art as a licensed artist in this field has kept Alex involved in many characters and stories he appreciates.
